California based, Island Fever Steel Band performs at concerts, music festivals, and conventions. They are popular performers at the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Seaport Village, and other theme parks. Island Fever is also in great demand for special events at resorts, fine hotels, & beach parties.

Metro Steel Band
Metro formed as a spin off group from the Cal State University Northridge (CSUN) Steel Drum Band in June 2002. All 5 members participated in the steel drum ensemble for several years each while studying music at CSUN. Since we formed Metro Steel we have played events such as the Downey Concert in the Park, the Ethnomusicology Society Banquet at Loyola Marymount University, Carribean Day at CSUN, the Reedly Street Festival, the Northridge Oasis Faire, as well as numerous private events. We have also been employed by the Village at Sherman Oaks as street musicians on Ventura Boulevard where we have played regularly for almost a year now.
