Mission Statement for OLYMPIC PRODUCTIONS:

Olympic Productions ("booking agency") is in business to connect high quality, professional entertainers to the public for any type of event. OP is available to find the appropriate entertainment for any situation and budget. OP goal is to give the customer enough information to make a informed decision regarding all of the aspects of booking entertainment. Events include weddings, private parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthday parties, corporate parties, company promotions, clubs, concerts, and tours. Hundreds of entertainers are on file including instrumentalists, magicians, dance-instructors, and DJs. Information can be sent, emailed or faxed. Audio samples are available via the web, phone, or recordings (CDs, Cassettes). The booking process is finalized with easy to read, signed contracts between OP, the entertainer, and the customer. A deposit is due with a signed contract.

The History of OLYMPIC PRODUCTIONS:

Olympic Productions was created in 1995 by Ed Hartman, professional entertainer and businessperson in Seattle, WA. Ed has experience in performance, production, contracting, and promotion. In the early 1980's Ed created a musician's cooperative ("Seattle Music Co-op"), a composers performance series ("Opus One"), festivals ("Days of Percussion"), and has been involved in Percussive Arts Society as Chapter President.

In 1993, Ed produced a CD, "Northwest Passage", that featured a dozen artists in the NW. This project provided Ed with experience producing other artists. After realizing that he was no longer able to perform at all of the functions requested, Ed decided that he can start to book other professional artists around him. Over the years, Ed has met and worked with many professional musicians, entertainers, booking agents, promoters, and clients. His large databases were already in place to put together a roster of entertainers. Besides helping clients find entertainment, Olympic Productions is dedicated to helping all artists in promotion, PR, performance, recording and musical growth.
